เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดกิจกรรม — Exclusive Video Call with Tee BoonyakiatTerms and Conditions — Exclusive Video Call with Tee Boonyakiat

1. ผู้สั่งซื้อเสื้อฟุตบอลในรอบ Online Pre-order ทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ จะได้รับสิทธิ์ลุ้นเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Video Call กับ ตี๋ บุญยเกียรติ โดยเสื้อฟุตบอลทุก 1 ตัว = 1 สิทธิ์ ในการลุ้นรับสิทธิ์Customers who purchase football jerseys during the Online Pre-order period (both domestic and international) will be eligible to enter the lucky draw for a Video Call session with Tee Boonyakiat. Every 1 jersey purchased equals 1 lucky draw entry.
2. บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการสุ่มผู้โชคดีจำนวน 30 สิทธิ์ โดยผู้โชคดี 1 สิทธิ์ สามารถเข้าร่วม Video Call กับตี๋ บุญยเกียรติ เป็นระยะเวลา 2 นาทีThe Company will randomly select 30 winners. Each winning entry is entitled to a 2-minute Video Call with Tee Boonyakiat.
3. สิทธิ์ในการลุ้นรับ Video Call จะนับเฉพาะรายการสั่งซื้อที่ชำระเงินและดำเนินการสั่งซื้อเสร็จสมบูรณ์ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดเท่านั้นEntry rights for the Video Call will be counted only for orders with completed payment and processing within the specified timeframe.
4. กรณีสั่งซื้อเสื้อฟุตบอลมากกว่า 1 ตัว ผู้สั่งซื้อจะได้รับสิทธิ์ในการลุ้นตามจำนวนเสื้อที่สั่งซื้อ เช่น สั่งซื้อ 3 ตัว = 3 สิทธิ์In case of purchasing more than 1 jersey, the purchaser will receive entry rights equivalent to the quantity ordered (e.g., purchasing 3 jerseys = 3 entry rights).
5. ผู้สั่งซื้อจะต้องตรวจสอบรายละเอียดสินค้า ขนาดเสื้อ และข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อให้ถูกต้องก่อนยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อPurchasers must thoroughly verify product details, jersey sizes, and ordering information before confirming the order.
6. เมื่อยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อและชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลง ยกเลิก หรือขอคืนเงินได้ เว้นแต่กรณีที่บริษัทฯ กำหนดเป็นอย่างอื่นOnce the order is confirmed and payment is completed, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded, unless otherwise specified by the Company.
7. บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการสุ่มรายชื่อผู้โชคดีจากรายการสั่งซื้อที่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม โดยผลการสุ่มและคำตัดสินของทีมงานถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดThe Company will randomly draw winners from all eligible orders. The results of the draw and the team’s decisions are final and conclusive.
8. บริษัทฯ จะประกาศรายชื่อผู้โชคดีและ/หรือแจ้งรายละเอียดการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมผ่านช่องทางที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด ภายในวันที่ 11 ตุลาคม 2569The Company will announce the list of winners and/or provide participation details via the designated channels by October 11, 2026.
9. กิจกรรม Video Call มีกำหนดจัดขึ้นภายในเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2569 โดยวัน เวลา และช่องทางการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะแจ้งให้ผู้โชคดีทราบในภายหลังThe Video Call event is scheduled to take place within November 2026. The exact date, time, and platform will be notified to the winners at a later date.
10. สำหรับผู้โชคดีที่อยู่ต่างประเทศ กรุณาอ้างอิงเวลาประเทศไทย (GMT+7) เป็นหลักในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมFor international winners, please refer to Thailand Local Time (GMT+7) as the standard time for attending the event.
11. ผู้โชคดีต้องสามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตามวันและเวลาที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด หากไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมได้ตามเวลาที่กำหนด ให้ถือว่าสละสิทธิ์Winners must be available to participate on the designated date and time set by the Company. Failure to join at the scheduled time will be considered a forfeiture of the right.
12. ผู้โชคดีต้องแสดงหลักฐานหรือข้อมูลที่ใช้ยืนยันสิทธิ์ตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนดก่อนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมWinners must present required verification documents or information as specified by the Company prior to joining the event.
13. สิทธิ์ Video Call เป็นสิทธิ์เฉพาะบุคคล ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ เปลี่ยนชื่อผู้เข้าร่วม แลกเปลี่ยน หรือเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือสิ่งอื่นแทนได้The Video Call right is non-transferable, cannot be reassigned to another person, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
14. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต้องปฏิบัติตามกติกาและข้อกำหนดที่บริษัทฯ แจ้งให้ทราบก่อนเข้าร่วม Video CallParticipants must strictly adhere to the rules and guidelines provided by the Company prior to joining the Video Call.
15. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงวัน เวลา ช่องทาง หรือรายละเอียดของกิจกรรมตามความเหมาะสม โดยจะแจ้งให้ผู้มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทราบล่วงหน้าThe Company reserves the right to amend the date, time, platform, or details of the event as deemed appropriate, with prior notice given to eligible participants.
16. หากเกิดเหตุสุดวิสัยหรือเหตุการณ์ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของบริษัทฯ ซึ่งส่งผลให้ไม่สามารถจัดกิจกรรมได้ตามกำหนด บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเลื่อนหรือปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบกิจกรรมตามความเหมาะสมIn case of force majeure or circumstances beyond the Company’s control that prevent the event from being held as scheduled, the Company reserves the right to postpone or adjust the event format accordingly.
17. การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมถือว่าผู้เข้าร่วมรับทราบและยอมรับเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดของกิจกรรมทั้งหมดที่บริษัทฯ กำหนดParticipation in this activity constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions specified by the Company.
